All you have to do to participate in Shape Up Tioga County is:

1. Register online.
2. Be active.
3. Record your progress.
   Please note, once you register you will be able to track your progress by clicking the “Log in” tab, and then clicking “Activity Log”
4. When available, fill out your post survey.
